Chill the Drill Sampler
No more suffering through stressful dental visits. Now you can experience true relaxation while allowing your dentist to work efficiently.
“This breathing audio is impressive because I felt so relaxed. I had a bad experience at the dentist when I was younger, and since then have anxiety when I go even if it’s just for routine visits. Deborah’s voice is clear and soothing, and the physical movements helped signal my body that I was safe. Thank you!“

Access Chill the Drill now so you can experience a peaceful, stress-free visit next time you go to the dentist!
You will begin with exercises to warm up your diaphragm and breathing muscles. You’ll then transition into practicing the Cadence Breath, where you breathe in for four seconds and breathe out for six seconds. You will then move through a series of micro movements—very simple isolation exercises designed to move parts of your body and relieve any possible tension, stiffness, or discomfort from lying still. These movements are so subtle your dentist is unlikely to even notice that you are doing them.
When to Use:
1. Depending on your dental procedure, download the 60-minute or 30-minute version, or both.
2. Slip in your earbuds or headphones and play Chill the Drill while waiting in reception to initiate relaxation.
3. Continue listening during your procedure or whenever you need a moment of calm.
Enjoy Chill the Drill, it’s a healthy, happy way to beat the jitters.
I liked the explanations for the how’s and why’s of proper breathing.

The audio quality of the Chill the Drill recording was exceptional, and Deborah’s voice was soothing and clear, with appropriate pacing and pauses. Within just 10 minutes, I found myself drifting off into a light sleep without even intending to. The guided explanations at the start were well-delivered and immediately instilled a sense of trust in me. It felt like I was floating on a cloud.
