Centering meditations to experience silence and equanimity

Private Session
60-minute Zoom Session: $108

Private classes are highly effective if you have chronic health concerns, want to learn modifications specific to your body, learn breathing and centering practices, or focus on your personal goals and practice.
Semi-Private or Small Group
60-minute Zoom Class: $155
2 to 6 students
Gather a small group of your friends and family on Zoom for a 60-minute private class designed to suit your needs. Classes can include a combination of Yoga postures, breathing and meditation, or focus on one aspect. It’s a great way to practice Yoga together, especially if you are in different cities.
