Something’s Shifting… Can You Feel It Too?
Just after my 77th birthday, I started noticing a subtle but persistent downshift. Maybe you too have felt similar changes in your body or mental clarity.
Then came another plot twist I didn’t see coming. I’m an active person – dancing 3-5 nights a week, walking with friends, teaching yoga regularly, eat well – even cutting back on sugar. I also knew hormones shift as we age. But my joints felt creaky, and my muscles were moaning. How could this be?
Then it hit me: I’d let my Sun Salutations slide. That flowing, consistent practice that always kept me strong, flexible, energized, and uplifted.
With so much change going on in the world I want to be strong and vibrant so I can handle any situation with grace.

Practices can be just 10-20 minutes a day, or longer if you want to luxuriate in any of the poses
Whether you are brand new or well-seasoned, this is a chance to reset, realign, and renew. Do it on your own or with one of my videos. And join one of my special weekly classes. Either way, I’ll be there to support you.
What’s included:
2 Pre-challenge Live Zoom Classes to ensure we are doing the same postures or learn modifications if needed (all classes are recorded)

2 BREATH-CENTRED STYLES – Mat or Countertop/Chair
Mat Flow (Moderate) – A steady flow for those with a regular movement practice.
Mat Flow + Hold (Moderate to Advanced) – Includes longer holds and undulations to move deeper into the joints, stretches, and explorations. Option to add alternate poses.
Mat Foundation Flow – A gentle yet strengthening flow for those newer to Sun Salutations or returning after time away.
Countertop Flow – An accessible standing variation using a countertop or chair for support.
Countertop Hold – A slow, deeply nourishing accessible version with holding and posture additions.
RESEARCH PROJECT
This challenge is part of the research for my upcoming memoir on my lifelong appreciation of the Sun Salutations. So, your daily commitment, feedback, and consistency are essential, not only for you but also for me. After I compile everyone’s feedback, I’ll send you a report on my findings.
