Come join me for a weekly group breath practice. We’ll practice the Buteyko Breathing Method along with various other breathing techniques. You’ll learn how to incorporate them into a regular practice.

There will be time for questions. Since you will feel nice and relaxed, stay for a 20-minute meditation or go on with your evening. You can practice your regular meditation or if you don’t have one, I will teach you a simple practice.
